Currently, there are two important projects in development that will have a positive impact on the area’s growth.
It considers the design, improvement, and execution of various sections for Route 7. It efficiently responds to the vision of providing terrestrial continuity from Route 5 and improving terrestrial connection through Route 7, facilitating the physical connection of the southern zone of our country and significantly reducing travel times between regions, which poses a major territorial integration challenge.
It involves improving Lake Elizalde’s lakeshore to enhance the locality’s economic, tourist, sports, and recreational development. It includes a variety of areas such as:
• Tourist offices
• Bathrooms
• Beach accesses
• Picnic area
• Barbecue area
• Children’s playground
• Viewpoints
• Parking lots, among others.
